Hana, currently based in Beirut, works with mission-driven organizations to strengthen operations, financial oversight, and governance structures so teams can focus on delivering impact.
Helping growing NGOs build strong operational systems, donor-compliant processes, and scalable internal infrastructure.
Hana is an operations, hr, and governance specialist, as well as a dog mom, pickleball player, and pianist.
She supports nonprofit organizations in strengthening their internal systems and organizational processes. She currently serves as Head of Operations, Finance and People at a Lebanese NGO, where she oversees finance, HR, procurement, and governance across the organization.
